Connectrans Announces 2020 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Connectrans Logistics Inc. is excited to announce the results of our customer satisfaction survey for 2020. We would like to extend our appreciation to all customers who participated in this important initiative as it drives our focus on raising the performance bar with service excellence.

With customer satisfaction as top priority, Connectrans conducts annual Customer Satisfaction surveys to help drive our company forward and ensure we are delivering the very best quality, value, and services to our customers. We are extremely proud to announce that this year we have achieved even higher levels of satisfaction, delivering a Customer Endorsement Score of 98.45%, surpassing last year’s result of 98.2%.

Our customers provided positive comments on our capabilities, with results showing the quality of our communications, planning and customer service exceeding expectations. Connectrans was also recognized for its innovations in problem solving, cross-border expertise and On Time Delivery, all the while providing industry competitive rates.

Once again, we would like to thank all our customers who took time to share their views. The comments help support our tireless efforts to continually exceed our customer’s expectations.
